I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The toilets and showers were cleaned multiple times a day, adding to my comfort throughout my 4 nights here. The communal terrace was such a pleasant surprise, offering a cozy spot for morning coffee and relaxation after a day of exploring.

Chur, I stayed for 4 nights and it was pretty comfy! Great location in Chinatown, but the fountain could be quieter. Staff were sweet as, though!

Charming rooftop balcony space!

Rain Forest Hotel offered a fantastic stay right in the heart of Chinatown. The location gave easy access to shops and restaurants. My room, although cozy, lacked windows, which made it a bit musty at times. The air conditioning worked well, and despite being a budget hotel, the common areas felt inviting. Staff like Irene at the reception were incredibly helpful, even assisting with printing tickets for free. A lovely communal terrace provided a nice spot to unwind. the noise from the nearby fountain could sometimes be disruptive. In my room, the table's structure looked worn down, which could use attention. Despite these hiccups, I found the experience quite enjoyable overall.

I loved my stay at Rain Forest Hotel! The location was fantastic, situated right in the heart of Chinatown. I found the staff exceptionally friendly and helpful, especially Irene at the reception, who even assisted me with free printing of tickets.

Could improve noise from the fountain.

The staff is very welcoming! The AC unit was noisy and leaked water.

Great location with easy access to shops, restaurants, and transportation, just a short walk to various transit points. Nice communal terrace to relax and enjoy some fresh air.

Rooms lack windows, causing issues with odors from smoking and mustiness. Limited power outlets and no soap in the bathrooms created some inconveniences. the necessity to keep the key card in the door for power is annoying if you're charging devices elsewhere.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel! The location is perfect—right in the heart of Chinatown, which made it super easy to explore the area. I loved the communal balcony. it was a great place to relax when the weather turned. I would have preferred a bit more space in the room since it felt quite compact.

The warm hospitality is truly commendable, especially from Irene at the reception. The lounge and open space provide a nice retreat after city exploration, and the overall cleanliness is impressive. light sleepers might find the nearby bar's noise a tad disruptive.

Loved the cozy rooftop terrace for chilling and the clean communal bathrooms with plenty of space. The location was super convenient for exploring street food in Chinatown.

Rain Forest Hotel was great! The room was clean and comfortable, and the powerful warm shower was a plus. The communal area was fun with games and cards available. The staff, especially the lady at reception, was incredibly kind and helped me clean my skirt without charging me!

The room was a bit small for two large suitcases.
